UPDATE:

Despite facing numerous challenges and obstacles, we are determined to propel our self-sustaining community towards success by ensuring a well-thought-out headstart by the year 2025. The extensive preparation we have undertaken is not seen as a setback, but rather as a necessary step towards achieving our ultimate goal of creating a thriving and sustainable community with the invaluable support of our initial group of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) based in the Middle East.

We are immensely grateful for the partnership and collaboration of these OFW's, who play a crucial role in realizing our mission of improving the lives of all Filipinos and expatriates who are wholeheartedly backing our cause. The first wave of settlers, consisting mainly of 10,000 OFWs from the Middle East, will be joined by carefully selected German families who will assume managerial and administrative responsibilities for the entire German community within our project.

In this endeavor, there are no handouts. We firmly believe in creating opportunities for all individuals who are willing to work earnestly and passionately in support of our program. This incremental process will be meticulously carried out according to our envisioned plan, ensuring tangible and sustainable progress on the ground as we establish MAUBAN Quezon as the pioneering pilot project for the largest German community in the world, spanning an impressive area of 9,050 hectares.

Together, hand in hand, we are forging a brighter future for all involved, setting the stage for a harmonious and flourishing community that will serve as a beacon of inspiration for generations to come.
