With our innovative lease purchase program, we want to empower our members to become investors in our self-sufficient container housing community project. By ensuring that our members can comfortably make the monthly mortgage payments, we enable them to ultimately acquire full ownership of their property within our German community, which is carefully monitored by the Germans themselves, to ensure a proper organization.

To further support our members on their journey to property ownership, we have entered into a cooperative partnership with DTCM Group, Inc., Container House. This dynamic cooperative of 64 people who are algorithmically connected through our exclusive platform The BOSS provides each member with a unique livelihood. Through an exclusive invitation from a sponsor team coordinator, members gain access to a transparent system that enables them to effectively manage their own cooperative businesses and reduce the financial burden of their monthly mortgage payments.

Our financing structure is 40% based on foreign capital, the remaining 60% is raised by local participants especially OFWs (Overseas Filipino Workers). The minimum participation fee is Php 3,000, which is included as a one-time payment in a contract with your “sponsor” team coordinator. To be transparent, this follows a PALUWAGAN-like system. Furthermore, the essence of the BAYANIHAN spirit is embedded in cooperative projects within each group of 64 members that serve as a sustainable source of income for the welfare of the community.
