Our goal is to maximize the potential of the 870k OFWs currently working in the Middle East. By building a community of 10k tenants in each region of the Rent to Own Program in the Philippines. We aim to create a support system that will benefit not only the OFWs themselves, but also their families in the Philippines through the G64 cooperative system.

The first pilot project will be launched in Mauban Quezon, with plans to expand to Tanay, Taytay, and Batangas and other regions in the Philippines next year. This project in Mauban Quezon will serve as the main headquarters for our mission to uplift the lives of Filipinos and Expatriates who choose to live in our country.

We have set a timeline of 3 years to bring the full 1.9M OFWs from around the world to join us in this work. With the support of our dedicated team and the commitment of our community, we are confident that we can make a positive impact on the lives of Filipinos and Germans who choose to call the Philippines their second home.
